He has been staggered pretty badly. Its on youtube, I forget what fighter it was. Its not Ruiz or Holyfeld it was before that. His opponent was black and it was in the later rounds thats all I remember but if you actually seen it you wouldnt dare call him "iron" chinned.

I have to disagree with you there, I'd take the man in your avatar no questions asked. Took punches from Lewis, twice the puncher any of Valuev's opponents are and never once looked like buckling.

Valuev's knees have dipped against Taras Bidenko, Noble and Barrett somewhat, check YouTube. I'm not saying he was hurt but they got his attention, its a bit of a leap of faith to assume he'd be fine against bigger punches just because he's big and ugly. Vitali is proven.

Peter had a ruptured ear drum in the mccline fight,, watch the bombs wlad and vitali put on peter and watch the maskaev fight in the 4th round where maskaev hit him dead on the chin with the right and peter never flinched
