Buboy vs Cotto's large friend. Who wins?

Just as styles make fights, personalities make for interesting viewing. There wasn't much showing of that in this first episode. A little tension between Freddie and Pacquiao but nothing too revealing.

It'll be more interesting once they get to LA, and more concentration on boxing rather than on natural disasters.

I liked it. It is just a lead up to something more climactic as the fight draws near. I thought it was a good beginning reflecting the different tones in their camp as they begin to train. We all know from the media that Pac started slow and then was kd porter and Roach putting 1000 on 1st rd ko. And Gatp hasn't come up yet. We all know this is just going to get better. You have to appreciate the entire story that HBO is trying to build. You only watched the beginning, you have to judge the series in its entirety because that is where everything fits in towards the big picture.

The point of these 24/7 series is to get the attention of the casual fans... these are not made for people like you. True boxing fans will buy this fight even without this series.

The most interesting thing I thought was Cotto's dad talking about his injuries post-Margo, which obviously adds more fuel to the speculation that he was plastering before Mosley.

Yes Sir. The ending left some issues, though maybe just for good ratings next week, who knows. But the last things we see, are Freddy and Pac in a pissin' match, Freddie talks to Pac in private sayin' "We GOT to go"..Pac reluctantly says "OK". Next morning, Pac had done changed his mind, so while Pac is settin' with a Political Figure, Freddie longer caring for Privacy goes over and is more like "I'm out. You don't need me, then good ****in' luck Pal" and storms off. Manny with a look on his face like "how anybody gonna talk to ME like that".

Freddy tells Koncz, and Koncz says I'll talk to him, as Freddy walks away the last words of the broadcast are Koncz shakin' his head as his just says "****"!

    Cotto looked really good.

Plus, why does Manny drink so much of his Pool Water?:blood

It's better than drinking something else. Unless... he pissed into the pool, because then it's the same thing!

I disagree, regardless of how the 24/7 does, it's gonna sell more than Mayweather Marquez. The episode was slow at first, but it picked up last 15 min, also how they introduced Miguel Cotto was friggin sick.... great episode
