That's exactly what I was thinking. Judah's biggest KO win was against Spinks, and that took him 2 fights and a total of 21 rounds to achieve. Judah has never shown he has the power to blow out a top notch opponent the way Pac did to Hatton.
Pretty similar. Judah hasn't got much to show for his power other than his stoppage win over the elusive Spinks. Good timing and speed yes, raw power? Not really. You might give Judah the edge based on hurting a few decent bigger fighters (Cotto). With that said i don't think Judah could do to Hatton what Pacquiao or even Mayweather did.
I dont think the TS wanted to give emphasis on who they've KO'd. Just who punches harder. I'd give the single punch to Zab based on built and size, but when using it on an opponent, i think Pac has a little more behind it and the intentions are bad too:yep
Okay, let's see some volunteer who'd be willing to stick his chin out and let Zab and Manny coldcock him with their best shots :!:
I guess we'll find out. Howabout Judah vs Pac-Man if Zab makes some noise. Anyhow, Zab may b the biggr man nd hit harder, but Manny is more disciplined with a bettr mental game.
Well if you look at it. It's pretty equal. Pacquiao KO'd a very diminished Ricky Hatton with a single shot. And Judah KO'd Cory Spinks after two fights...early as well. But any other fighter was brought down by accumulation from Pac...and it was a TKO. Whereas Judah usually KO's guys in the early rounds with single shots. Judah also HURT very sturdy fighters. He hurt Cotto, Clottey, and Tsyzu...I'd give the edge to Judah.
He may have hit Tyszu in R1, but in no way, shape or form did he hurt him. The other way around, as you will recall Zab with his chicken legs!!!
I still think one of the most impressive Ko's of the year he did it was when Zab iced Cosme Rivera. Cosme was one tough cookie and the only other person to stop him since was the then much hyped Angulo who landed almost at will against his undersized opponent from the opening bell. It took him 5 rounds of slaughtering him until he forced a stoppage but Zab nearly had him out in the first and finished the job not long after. Zab can really hit...Though I do think a lot of his stoppages come from the fact he has some of the fastest one punch speed of this generation. In answer to the thread Id say wait until after his next fight and ask Cotto.
At what point did he hurt Clottey or Tsyzu? I haven't had a real good watch of the Clottey fight but it seemed like he could more or less shrug off anything Zab could offer. :think People in this thread have also ignored the fact that Judah is in a steady decline (physically and mentally) and hasn't done anything impressive of late, whereas Pacquiao showed one punch KO power against a big 140 pounder in his last outing.
