I would give both fighters equal credit...

Say what u want Pac is takin on a Welter who is young and talented, not so much in his prime but not very far past it. I still pick Cotto to tko Pac.

As for Cotto, he always takes tough fights and here he is takin on the P4P #1 enough said.

When you really look at this fight the attributes of both fighters make this a very well matched bout.

My opinion is that Manny has whats needed to take this and I would be slightly surprised if he didnt..meaning it would be a minor upset if Miguel won in my books, so I have to maybe give him a little more in the props department.

 

Pac is the favourite according to the bookies, which means cotto gets more credit. Pac is expected to win, even roach says he expects pac to knock him out in 1 round. LMAO

really, If Cotto is to win this fight, I would give him more credit. All the mental distractions, Evangelista, Margo, and the odds being stacked against him. If he is to come out and beat Manny, and do it decisively it would really just prove all the doubers wrong as well as how much of a warrior he is. Thats how I see it.

 

More for Pac winning = less for Cotto.
More for Cotto = less for Pac

you generalize too much about pac fans.. i'm a pac fan and i think it would be a very big accomplishmet for pac if he beats cotto. if cotto wins, i will give him due credit for beating the #1p4p. but you have to face the fact that cotto is really the bigger fighter, and getting **** like his opponent is "undersized" and all is part of fighting a smaller guy. the same way that pac gets **** like ODLH is "shot+weightdrained", thats the fact that he had to face for fighting an old guy.
