I'm ranking Mousasi # 1 LHW

The most impressive thing in all those video's in my opinion is his hands vs Musashi.

 

Mousasi is the man. He can turn his killer side on and off. It's great.

Can't wait to see him vs some big guns. If Henderson goes to Strikeforce then Hendo v Mousasi at 205 immediately!

I still think Mousasi should cut to 185 and someday fight Silva. He looks small for a 205 pound fighter.

 

Small mabye, but I dont think he needs to cut tbh. He is fast, very powerful and strong at 205. He could be potentially drain himself by cuting to 185.

 

Drain 20 pounds isn't a good idea. I'd prefer a not weight drained 205 fighter.

 

He's fought most of his career at 185 but recently moved up, claiming he can't make the weight anymore.

 

War Mousasi IMO he is the best out there but I cant rank him number 1 with only 1 real fight at 205 although he looked like a killer in it vs Babalu. Its only a matter of time before the spot is truely his though.

 

Mousasi looks like he walks around at 210-215. Some other 205 fighters push 230. Mousasi could easily make 185 without being drained, especially considering guys like Silva and Franklin can do it without a problem.

 

Nah, he's definitely talented but we'll see how good he really is once he fights with UFCs 205s.

 

He weighed in at just under 220lbs for the Hunt fight and looked in great shape. He's only young and still filling out. He's no smaller than a number of top LHW's (Shogun, Machida, Evans etc).

 

he's good, nice stand up but needs to sit on his punches just a tad bit more, some of those punches on musashi looked like marshmellows.

despite his good resume i still believe he is very young and wont reach his potential
for a couple years, which when he does he will be a force. smell me.
