Signed a contract with Wlad, pulled out with injury.

Pulled out of negotiations with Vitali when the Valuev fight came up = no different to Vitali agreeing a fight with Haye last December, then changing his mind about fighting his mandatory against Gomez.

    Irrational.

Haye talked incredible amounts of **** about the Klitschko brothers, got his chance to fight them, and backed out.

There is a saying "You always see eachother twice in business". Haye has pissed off so many people and burned so many bridges (GBP with the US rights issue, K2, HBO). All this won't matter if Haye takes the belt from Valuev and keeps winning.

If he loses to Valuev it's game over.

Not really anymore irrational than all the people who were complaining that Haye hadn't 'earned his shot' at the Klitschkos now complaining that he's earning his shot.

Average attempt at deflection, but alright. It's beside the point for me whether Haye "earned his shot" against the Klitschko brothers. Based on watching him, he is one of the few people in the world who could have given them something to really think about with his heavy arsenal. I was excited about the prospect of those fights coming off.

Good, definitely good. You can look back at everything and critique his every move but the bottom line is he is going to 320lb Valuev's backyard and fighting for the world title, the second time in his career he has fought in his opponents domain for a title.

Definitely good, when was the last time we got so much attention and coverage for ONE fight in the heavyweight division?, think the last time was the rumored talks about Lewis/Vitali II.

Yep, backing out of fights. Also, he does not fight very often and when he does he does not fight top heavyweight.

Now now Farmboxer, if you keep posting things like that we will start to suspect you have some sort of racial agenda.

Let's not forget he's fighting for the WBA strap, not "the" world title.

Good, no doubts. He can sell a fight which many cant.

If he can back up what he has been saying he will be great for boxing. The heavyweight division needs a shake up.
