Woods was better all around and I think his jab is the telling factor here.

Jeff has a huge ticker but Clinton's chin often prevented him from needing to call upon his. Im not sure what Harding can bring to take this one out.

I'd dispute Woods having a better chin.

Harding's chin (aside from the second Andries fight) was absolute granite as well.It had to be as he was alway's pressing forward, had virtually no defense and he ate shots perfectly flush due to zero head movement.

Watch the first and third Andries fight as well as the McCallum bout and it's amazing the punishment he could absorb.

I think Woods is more skilled but chin wise I'd say they're close to even despite Harding being dropped and stopped once.

Woods was never down to my knowledge, so I'd give him the edge in chin. Either way, I think this fight goes the distance. Both had the toughness to take the other's punches.

Woods has been down at least once..Jase Delisle decked him in their first fight.

True but I don't think Wood's is as defensively inept as Jeff is the point I'm making.
If Wood's ate the type of consistent flush shots that Harding did and didn't go down then I'd agree he'd have a better chin but because he's better defensively it can't really be proved one way or the other imo.

This is just semantics anyway as I agree neither had the power needed to take the other one out as well.

I'm tipping Woods via a tight UD.

Neither one was all that special IMO, but I think Harding could bully and hustle his way to a decision win.

Woods has been decked before, but having not seen it cannot really comment - would assume however that it was an off-balance jobby or one he didn't see.

Remember Jones hit him with everything but the kitchen sink until the corner retirement, and Tarver loaded up from his bootstraps and never looked like getting rid of Clinton.

this could end up a three fight series quite easily with as has been said harding out hustling woods to take a close possibly sd, and woods in a rematch banking enough rounds early with his better jab to hold on for a slim pts wins .the 3rd fight could go either way.this a really good match up
