David Haye vs Tomasz Adamek ~~European Heavyweight superfight.

I really don't like Haye but I think he would defeat Adamek. I'd love to be wrong.

These results are definitely different than a similar poll I began sometime ago.

 

Adamek has the power to shatter Haye's fragile Glass Jaw.

 

It is because Adamek is becoming well-known on the forum and people start watching his fights so now they know better how great boxer he is :good

I got Adamek. He's been very active fighting decent competition. But its really a toss up.

 

You know, I thought this thread would get more responses, this fight is twice as good as anyother Heavyweight fight coming up.

 

I voted Adamek, but definitely wouldn't be surprised at all if Haye would win.

Either way, would be a fantastic fight, and one I hope to see. Will be interesting to see how Haye does in a couple weeks...

 

Haye's speed and power should be enough to win this fight for him. However, he has a leaky defense and suspect chin. Haye could win by decision or stoppage. Adamek could only win by stoppage. I would take Haye in this fight.

 

He had big time trouble with Cunningham's speed. Cunningham made a couple of misktakes, left himself open, and it cost him the fight. The same things that gave Adamek problems against Cunningham would give him problems against Haye.

 

Adamek has problems with fighters faster than him (Dawson, Cunningham). But in the HW division he is one of the fastest. He could have problems with Tua, just because of Tua's speed. But I cant see in that fight any underdog. And I think that Adamek is faster in HW than Haye, we will see it in next Adamek fights :yep

 

I think otherwise. Haye has chance in early rounds. The further fight goes, the bigger chances has Adamek.

 

Haye would brutally stop Adamek.

 

I've voted haye but this is a reeaaaally close call

Haye is faster and stronger , Adamek is tougher and more seasoned

Would be a great fight , no question

 

Agree the longer it goes the more it plays into Adameks hands

 

it would be something to see a HW fight with two guys who could actually move and were willing to engage with each other too !
