Cotto has faced what is arguably the 3 best chins in boxing in his last 4
    fights. Mosley, Margarito, and Clottey.

Obviously Mosley could not or has not done it, and neither has Margarito.
So that leaves Mayweather, Berto, Quintana, Williams and Possibly Pac.

People want to say that Cotto has not looked as impressive as he used too. Well if someone can tell me any active fighter that would look like a
monster against all 3 of these guys let me know?

I think Williams would probably be most impressive, style- wise, but Floyd would probably win all the fights.....just not quite as impressively due to his defensive style.

True! Not only are Clottey, Margarito and Mosely iron chinned (well Margarito WAS) they are vey strong for Welterweights. Three really tough fights for one guy.
It should also be noted that Floyd Mayweather has never fought any of those three, and has absoloutly no plan of doing so.

Mosley fought 2 times Oscar and Oscar chin is no worst than Clottey's who was down from a jab

100% true, can't argue with that. All three fights were very risky as proven in the ring.

I think Mayweather or Williams have the best chance, but still would have to stretch themselves to make it happen impressively against these three.

Margarito gave Williams some fits towards the last few rounds in there fight. Each man presents a solid chin, and completely different style to matchup with.

Hopkins has fought Pavlik,Calzaghe and Wright in his last 3.

    That's also very good.

That is good, but as shown it is very hard to win against all 3 very tough opponents with different styles.

To be fair, he just looks like a beast because of his expression and style, and he undoubtedly is. But in those 3 fights, he never really hurt Mosley or Margarito and he hit them with everything. Although to be fair, not money have hurt either. And he still knocked Clottey down with a jab.

What I mean is a lot of people say Cotto is not as dominant or the same aggresive fighter he used to be. I agree, but that has to do with the level of opposition. Which has been very high.
