Either way, he lost the fight, can't exactly put this "victory" on his resume when trying to argue for p4p.
glass jawed Andre Arlovski was whupping his ass easy until he got with one punch ,Fedor is the most overated fighter I've seen
well there's quiet a few, I'm mean who has he beat that makes him the greatest ever fighter, all thats pure bull****, you have to beat great fighters to be great.
If his record unimpressed you, you are a newcomer to the sport. I don't have time to go into why he is such a big deal, if you have no clue where I am coming from. The man only has one loss in his record. That loss was by tko after his opponent landed an illegal blow seconds into the fight which resulted in a cut. Fedor was not allowed to continue. Fedor defeated anyone that was anyone at his weight; Mark Coleman, Kevin Randleman, Cro Crop, Minotauro... Minotauro and Cro Cop are in most knowledgeable fan's top few heavyweights of all time in mma. Minotauro is held quite high in all time p4p discussion as well. Who do you have in mind that has anywhere near that record, with fewer setbacks?
lol you must not know much about fedor's pride fighting days to question his resume. here's a few name he defeated Big nog- in his prime 2nd best Hw at the time Mirko Crocop -in his prime 3rd best Hw at the time Herring Randleman-former ufc champ Coleman-former ufc champ fujita-ogawa-goodridge-schilt Arona-sobral in other mma event Defeated 2 former ufc champions back to back in sylvia (36 Seconds) Arlovski (1st Rd)

The point is that he was getting dominated until he landed a lucky punch, thats why I say that all this talk about him being unbeatable and the greatest fighter ever is bull****.
He wasn't dominated, ure a ******. He was getting outboxed yes. And he wasn't gettin outboxed all the bad, in fact a lot of exchanges actually never landed on him if you watch carefully. If he was gettin dominated he'd look like Machida after the fight.
That is actually a very good list. If GSP steps up like Penn did & loses worse than BJ did, Id swap both. If Anderson stays at LHWT & doesnt look as dominant as Rua, Id drop Anderson. If Rua beats Machida again, especially more decisively, Id move Rua up, the man has the talent & Machida would be the name opponent to give that talent the ranking he deserves. I had Rua at no3 early on, perhaps that was too soon, I just loved the man in Pride, I had him at no2 behind Fedor in those days, Ive been dying for that man to return & I think he has but he needs a couple more good wins in clear fashion to surpass GSP, Penn or Silva, we can only judge their UFC/recent fight careers I suppose.... but remember I told you all... Shogun is back to stay :good
