I hear Hoppa is planning to sue the anbf over him losing the Aussie Heavyweight Title.

 

I'm sure the ANBF would have it covered in the rules somewhere. I'm pretty sure if the defending champion gets stopped, the champion loses his belt.

 

if he loses by stoppage, the bout is scheduled for 3 minute rounds and the fight is held in the division the champion holds the title in

 

so all those boxes were ticked then? no grounds for protest?

As contracted, Hoppa vs Whitehead would have been something to see.

Vazquez v Marquez IV is all but a goer for Feb 27th in LA. Hopkins v Jones Jnr is tentatively scheduled for March 13th at the MGM Grand...

 

Cant wait for Vazquez Marquez 4. Gotta wonder how many more wars these two can be in before it affects their health though.
