Why the dislike by some for Pacman?

    The guy doesnt disrespect his opponents... excites the crowd with every match of his...puts on a good show every fight.. doesnt come out of shape ever and trains hard, has a fan friendly style..does great humanitarian efforts. He's the kind of fighter you want representing boxing. So why do some dislike him and want to see him lose?

    I like Pac, i just can't stand his idiotic fans, (not all of them)just the ones that speak about him as if he were a God. He's not that good.

    Not everyone is going to like a fighter no matter how good you think he is. That's just plain uckin stupid to think they will. Besides, Some people also think Cotto is good for the sport. He has an exciting style, fights his heart out and is respectful to his opponents.



    Oh yeah, maybe some of the hate comes from the way some people are tired of his loud-mouthed trainer.

    thats a stupid reason to dislike a fighter because you dont like his fans... either you like the figher or not...what do fans have to do with your respect and admiration for a fighter??

    his trainer use to be a pro boxer... how can you not respect a man for that?

    also im not a huge pac fan...I just think hes good for the sport and I want to see him succeed because it would lead to the biggest non heavy fight ever (May vs Pac)

    You cant say Pac hasnt earned the right to be called the best boxer in the world right now though can you?

    I like Pacquiao even though I am rooting for Cotto, However his fans go wayyyyy over board with their ****, saying Pac fought and beat a Prime Barrera:roll:
    Saying he beat a prime Morales:patsch
    Mannys resume is better than De La Hoyas:patsch
    Manny would have beat Oscar in his prime:patsch
    its the stupid **** his fans come up with that turns real fight fans off, out side of Manny they know nothing about the sport.... yet want to come here and pretend like they do know something.....

    because hes beaten alot of our favorite fighters...mother ****er...beat barrera, morales, marquez, hatton, de la hoya...damn i hate how good pacman is. the problem is, i cant hate him too much cause he seems so nice haha, like a good sportsman and everything. Remember a while ago when Roach said pacman had to stop trying to shake his opponents hand after every round or some ****. Pacman is a good guy. Cotto is a good guy.

    NOVEMBER 14TH IS DRAWING SOOOO CLOSE! AHHH!

    I'll be the first to say if Pac can annihilate Cotto and dissect him and ko him that he should go down as one of the greatest boxers ever and would be remembered hundreds of yrs from now

    I still love Manny. It's just fanboys who have him comfortably outpointing SRR that I've got issues with.

    And Freddie has gotten way more tiresome than I'd have expected he'd be.

    im hispanic myself and use to want Pac to lose but with his style in the ring and the way he carries himself as a person and his respect he has for his opponents he won me over. how can you dislike the guy??
