I assume you were the one in the red, if so you fought a good fight. You should loosen up a bit though, your guard was good but it seemed like you were pushing your punches rather than snapping them.

I understand, I'm quite new myself and still have no fights. That's why I wasn't critiqing to hard because you're still new and it takes time to get comfortable in the ring

What kind of event was this in? It looks/sounds like a big place and crowd and looks very...official, if you know what I mean.

My third fight was in my opponents gym with about 100 people watching haha.

Ya RightHooker, you still haven't answered my question. You heading down to Windsor? We are leaving tomorrow night. As it looks now, i'm prob not going to get matched up. We been speaking to Ontario boxing and looks like am getting a bye right to nationals in Halifax. If ya want PM me, cuz would be cool to touch base with ya there.

Hey, just a little tip. When you shove your jab in like that follow it up with something else, most of the time he was wide open when you put the jab in his face

lol I have a friend who screams like that when fight too. Always nice to have cheerleaders, and when you watch the video later it gives you something to laugh at, win or lose.

    ps: good fight.

You did really well. Everything was solid. I think you just need experience and the skill set will come with time.

I love the crowd noise. Amateur bouts are great if you know one of the fighters.
