Talk of a Povetkin/Peter "Interim" IBF title while Wlad rehabs and fights Chambers for WBO mandatory.

[And Terry... his name is Peter]

I doubt if Chambers will fight Povetkin again, he has already lost to him once. Peter? Who knows, Teddy Atlas is training him, so he could ruin his career.

Chambers earned his shot at the title, why should he risk his mandatory spot and fight Povetkin again? And you have it the other way around Atlas is training Povetkin. Also Povetkin and the IBF is allowing Chambers to get a first crack at the title (Wladimir Klitschko), Povetkin will fight the winner of that match.

The IBF needs to make their mind. Povetkin vs Peters is the fight everyone wants to see!

I would love to see Povetkin step up and fight a guy with some power in his punches. The guy is good at beating feather fisted fighters such as Donald, Bryd, and Chambers. Thats see what happens when he fights the most heavy handed fighter in the division, Povetkin might just find him himself in a nightmare at the hands of Sam Peter.

Chambers hurt Povetkin despite not landing that many punches.
