Im in agreement with you. We need a crowd pleasing heavyweight with skilll and power that is ALWAYS IN SHAPE also needs to be charismatic and popular but he dosent neccessarily have to be American.

The division is awful. It's probably the weakest HW division era ever. The Klits are good, but everyone is just about awful which gives the illusion that the Klits are great. They're good fighters, but nothing special.

I think thats the main issue here. The Klitschko's are very good, but everyone else is awful! The Klits need someone to fight who we think can genuinely beat them and be atleast competetive! No one cares too much about the HW division bc we know the Klits will win.

"Boxing needs a charismatic or popular U.S. heavyweight"

Why does he have to be an American? people hardly watch any boxing in the US anymore....and I dont think that a charismatic crazy character will change this trend

These guys in Toney, Peter and Rahman would make 10 times more exciting fights. The Klitschkos are simply to big, they should have another weight division for these monsters. Valuev, are you serious? Guys are too big. They have skill, but overall it's their size that wins them the fights.
Toney, now he has mad skills!

See that little guy busting Haye up? You see that? Now picture the giant guy hitting him. Yeah, this fight is not even going to be close.

    heavyweight champion
as long as the klitschos continue to do this joint custudy thing of the undisputed heavy weight championship and as long as they dont fight each other(which i honestly cant hold against them), and as long as a new heavyweight force isnt produced, the heavyweight devision will continue to need saving

The Vitali Klitschko/Kevin Johnson fight has already sold 17,000 tickets in Switzerland.

Well, we are all waiting for the one. I think it will be Wladimir and probably sooner than we all think. This may sound nuts, but I think after this next fight, Vitali is going to retire permanently. He will win, but he simply will choose not to fight again. So, who gets the belt after that? Whoever that is, I feel sorry for him, because Wlad will be coming after him. After that, we may finally see Valuev and Wladimir square off. That would be nice, but I also think that after his fight with Haye, Valuev may choose to retire also, especially if he messes up Haye as much as I think he is going to.

I am not an American and believe that the HW dividion needs to be saved. The sister are the most booring fighters in HW history. no wonder boxing is loosing to MMA . Who wants to watch the Klits. Tua or(and) Solis will expose the BS champions.
