Not anything major but noticed on box rec that Kerry Hope is fighting Matt Korobov on the Cotto-Pacquaio undercard. Does anyone give him a chance of causing a huge upset? Saw a bit of him on Calzaghe clan seemed like a decent bloke.
Not a hope in hell TBH. Its too early to start predicting great things from Korobov but at the very least he looks a good, solid all round fighter.
Good for Hope, he deserves a fight on a big card like this. Remember he was meant to fight at MSG on the Calzaghe-Jones undercard but had to pull out. However, Korobov has looked the shizzle and Kerry has been bought in as the 'opponent' here.
They couldn't pick a less dangerous opponent if they tried. Kerry Hope has zero chance of outboxing a top class amateur and even less chance of scoring his second KO. It's a shocker...hope Kerry is getting paid well.
Korobov has blew hot and cold one fight looks outstanding the next just ok, if kerry gets him on a cold night he will give him a good fight. Korobov cant settle he has had 3 trainers already which are not good signs
