The difference in power is phenominal.

Sure Ward may switch hit, but despite having 'reasonably' fast hands, his feet are fairly static and he does not use distance very well and seems rooted to the spot when the going gets tough.

Round 10 TKO fo sho ! :good

I dont think Goosen would have set Ward out there to fight Kessler first if he didnt know something, I really think Ward is up for the challenge, its going to be a hard fight but I beleive Ward will be ready....
if Goosen didnt think Ward could do it, they would have taken the Froch fight first IMO...

same thing said about Dirrell's power, but he wobbled Croch a few times, and Calslapy slapped hard enough to stun Kessler a few times!!!:yep

Ward looks nice and fast with a flashy style and combos but we all know when you get hit hard the game plan will go out the window.

Ward will look great for 3 or 4 rounds until kessles catches him and KHTFO :yep

The difference between a damaged version of Edison Miranda and Mikkell Kessler is roughly equal to the difference between baboon **** and strawberry jam.

I think they wanted Kessler first, because they are hoping for the element of surprise! They are hoping Kessler will underestimate Ward.

If Ward had beaten Froch first, then team Kessler would sit up and take notice - and a fully prepared to the max Kessler would come to the fight. I think they are banking on Kessler thinking "well, Ward hasn't fought anyone...".

On what basis are you favoring Ward then? Because there is no logical reason to think Ward will win this fight. Nothing Ward has done suggests that he is a better fighter than Kessler. He might be come fight night, but until then...

I was unimpressed with Kessler against Calzaghe. I hope Ward stays busy and outboxes him
