Never rule out Wayne. He had some nagging injuries against Macklin.

This is a big final roll of the dice for him.

    Regards

This is a joke. How the **** can you get stopped last time out and then fight again in your next contest for a British title...the whole set-up is a disgrace

Isn't Fury out for a bit?

In all fairness, Barker is well overdue the shot and with Macklin out of the picture and assuming McDermott has picked a different opponent, Elcock is a pretty fair opponent

I know it's the British title, but it seems like a step back for Barker. He should really be targetting Macklin and/or some good quality European opposition by now.

I think this is good learning fight for Barker and i'm seeing Barker winning rounds and stopping Elcock maybe in the championship rounds. Elcock is looking on the wane and he may be shot punch resistance wise.

He doesn't really need to Barker has to make Macklin know about him.

Not too many could take Elocks place i think this is the best fight at brit level for Barker i wouldn't bother with the Lonsdale belt if he win this fight it will be 2 meaningless fights imo.

Dunno why. I like Barker but Macklin would KO him before round 5.
