David Haye will destroy Valuev

Haye will get frustrated and tire as the fight goes on trying to smack off his head then Valuev will all to easily bludgeon Haye into oblivion.Its easy to hit a cardboard cut out but Haye as Valuev said is another idiot in the world.I`m at least 75%sure Haye will be kicked to ****.

 

People focus on the Holyfield fight too much. Bowe stopped Holyfield (III) and a couple of months was exposed as a complete bum by a polish steet thug going by the name of Golotha.

A night's performance is a single static point in time. Fighters can both improve and deteriorate going forward from past fights. Yes Valuev is old, but heck Vitali was even older against Arreola and looked more impressive than against Gomez. Anything is possible.

 

The shot version of Holyfield could probably KO Haye

Valuev does not do lucky punches.

He methodically pumps jabs for half a mile away, blocks power shots with his head and clubs down with a right. There is no luck involved.

That may be enough.

 

If Haye uses his speed and boxing skills he will win. Valuev is slow.

Unfortunaly Haye now is with Sauerland and King.

I would like to see Wlad vs. Haye next year for unification.

 

Yes i know that Haye pulls out. But i want to see Wlad vs. Haye because Wlad is angry of Haye and than bummmmm Haye will end on the canvas.

But Vitali vs. Valuev would also be nice to see in germany.

 

After watching Golota I think Haye has a chance.

 

I'm not so sure. Haye has a mighty tough task if he can't hurt this guy. That's a possibility, then he has to do something he's never done in his career which is outbox a guy for 12 rounds in a CLEAR fashion. Well, he did it once in a fighter that was a glorified sparring session. This is different.

If it gets to 8, 9 or 10 rounds Haye's stamina and chin will really come into the equation big time because his speed might not save him by that point.

Haye will not be able to KO Valuev and therefore he will not win. Valuev has never been ko'd and I doubt it will be physically posible for Haye to land with enough power on Valuevs chin. The fight is in Germany, and in Germany the hometown fighters, if they are alive at the final bell, ALWAYS win. See Ottke, Sturm, Sylvester etc etc.

 

The only way Haye can beat Valouev is if Don King tell Valouev to throw the fight.

 

Don't you think Haye would have been floored by Golota's punches early in the fight? Adamek has a pretty decent chin.

 

Jesus there is some crap in this thread - Haye doesnt throw many combinations and i cant see him starting against NV it will be one-two step around rinse repeat. he will be looking for the right hand all night long.
Valuev looked awful against Holy and hasnt looked any kind of real threat since Barret. He fought a shot Lyakovich and won got a split over Ruiz who is gash, lost aginst Holy by miles lost against Chagev and was given the belt back.
This fight comes down to 3 things:
1. is Valuev done at the top level is he going to be slow plodding and with a low punch output
2. How long can Haye bring the power for if he can throw hard at a decent pace for 12 rounds he has a great chance.
3. Can Haye keep away from the big punches or can he at least take then and continue to fight
