There's going to be more hype and posturing on both sides in the future, but eventually they will fight if Pacquiao beats Cotto.

Cotto's a tough fight for Pacquiao, I consider it about a 50/50 fight.

Agree on all accounts. I actually think Pac-Mayweather has a descent chance of happening even if Pac losses to Cotto. Should Pac defeat Cotto then it's only logical to think Pac-Mayweather is an inevitable proposition.

The winner of Pac/Cotto bout will fight FMJ. Mosley will be making a lot of noise about him being the #1 WW champ and he should be the man to beat in the WW division. IMO, this is what's going to happen.

I think that Mayweather would definitely prefer to take on Pac than Mosley.

So this fight will probably happen.

the only way this fight happens is if its 50/50 and so far mayweather doesnt look like he will budge on that

being the former and present p4p#1 fighters and both being highly marketable fighters doesnt help the situation. both camps prides are at stake if either camps settle for anyhting less than 50%

I doubt the purse will be the main problem though. It'll be tht fckin Roach wanting a 140 or some bull**** weight with a tiny ring.

    Great quote by Pacman here:

"He doesn't care about the people around him watching. He doesn't care if the fight is boring, as long as the fight is finished and he gets [plenty of] money. ... I want people to be happy. You have a big responsibility as a boxer."

EVERYONE in boxing can learn a thing or 2 from him. Its just a shame how very underappreciated Pacman is in the boxing community. Hypocrites cry having a fighter like Mayweather as the #1 P4P fighter but get someone the very opposite and these same fools are still crying about it. Its just a shame he probably wont get his well-deserved respect until after he retires.

Its actaully not a great quote. In the context of whats being talked about, its pretty stupid. First Pac says that Floyd wont fight him, but then he says that Floyd is only a business man that fights for money. Now we all know that Floyd vs Pac would be the biggest fight Since Oscar vs Floyd should he get by Cotto. So what part of what Pac is saying do we believe?? The part were he is saying that Floyd wants big money fights or the part were he says that he would never fight him???
