    A bodybuilder has no business in dealing with the strength and conditioning of a boxer!

    A nutritional expert has everything to do with a boxer making the weight. What a ridiculous post.

    Dont know where this one came from?? But tend to agree with you, bodybuilding conditioning is nothing like a boxers:blood Thing is he gets big pats on the back when guys he has helped are winning but when they step up and get found out no-one says **** all, Hatton, Moore, Macklin not a word is said.:good

    He's not bleedin' training them! He's helping them make the scales healthyly.

    Read a nutrition article of his in fighting fit and i agree.

    i've seen some of the weight training routines that he had Hatton doing and they were pretty poor !

    No but i've done my own research on weight training and sports performance. Most experts wouldn't get their athletes doing bodybuilding routines.

    if you can show me scientific evidence of body building routines improving performance than you would have a point!

    Hatton, Moore and others have all been renowned for making the weight well and being exceptionally strong at the weight... enough said

    but they could be even stronger/explosive with a better strength routine
