Kessler will burst the Andre Ward hype bubble BIGTIME

How ironic...I was just thinking that Ward is going to bust the Mikkel Kessler hype bubble, BIG TIME!

 

Where's the Andre Ward hype?, I never saw ANY hype regarding him just when he got his medal people were talking for OBVIOUS reasons and after that it has been quiet to this day. His injury didn't help much either you could easily find randoms asking here and there where he went, some fans didn't even KNOW he was injured.

You want to see bull**** hype?, check out the Carl "British IMPROVED Sugar Ray Leonard and Sugar Ray Robinson COMBINED" Froch hype. There's no Andre Ward hype to complain about, if he wins then sure there will be hype for obvious reasons. Kessler is also another fighter who's surrounded by lots of hype, the guy is a good fighter but there's so much hype that makes one think he's ATG material when he's not. Kessler's biggest win remains Andrade.

 

Thank you. There has been absolutely NO Andre Ward hype. Part of that is from his own doing. He'd rather be the underdog. Euros tend to think Americans hype every "slick, black" boxer for some delusional reason. The truth is, less than 2% of the American population even knows who the hell he is. Some might even say, "oh, you mean the jazz musician?".

 

I actually like Ward in this fight (they got his record wrong in the vid btw). His athleticism, awkwardness, hand and footspeed and his lateral movement are all clear advantages that he has over Kessler...and the exact things that have trouble Kessler in the past. Add in that his timing and defense are also better and you have my reasons behind this pick.

I think it will be close...but I got Ward taking a UD.

there is so much we dont know about the Danish Pastry and Ward is relatively inexperienced so who really knows for sure. This fight will answer a lot.
