Martinez will be tough for Williams but I disagree with people who say Martinez is a "bigger and better Quintana"...bigger, but not better. He is faster, however, and I think we'll get a tough MD for Williams.

 

martinez isnt better than quintana. he wont have the patience that quintana had. marquez will hit and move and hit and move with his arms down.

 

Sorry, but nobody has ever seen PW refuse a fight, and he always answers the call when someone wants to fight him. PW has been calling guys out, and they never respond, and it isn't because they are scared of PW either. In boxing everyone talks...

 

Very very difficult fight to predict. I am a Martinez fan and will root for him but, defensively, his hands-down, Latin, macho style may be too wide open for Paul William's extreme work rate. On the other hand, I think Martinez is capable of being considerably more slick and faster than Quintana, which could give PW serious fits since Martinez is a larger, stronger, and better conditioned athlete than Quintana.

 

Never seem to respond? Williams responded to Clottey saying Clottey is making excuses of why Clottey turn down 650k. Clottey just like Williams was already training so for Clottey saying he didn't train is really bs. Now Williams is going to fight Martinez. Remember Williams vs Dzin look like it will happen but Dzin ex promoter won't allow it. So don't give me Williams never seem to respond bs.

 

So what about when Clottey was repeatedly calling him out and that Dzuguy? He would respond some times but why didnt those fights get made? Because they are not big money fights. He is like most boxers. Just looking for the big paydays so when people say he will fight anyone they should say he will fight anyone as long as its gonna be a big payday.

 

:good Quintana is seriously underrated on this forum, he is a master of fighting effectively on the backfoot and using the ring. Not a big puncher, but a clean, effective one.

 

Nobody thinks that PW won't fight either guy you are mentioning...

 

epsilon u are my new homie. haha i always have been campaigning for quintana. think he is extremely underrated but i hate how he takes so long between fights.

Oh moron, Williams 3 opponents you mention was either one of those fighters as a replacement for Pavlik in Martinez, Clottey, Dzin. Williams could easily fight an easy opponents but didn't and you still talking ****? Gtfu. Since Now Williams is going to fight Martinez, Mosley is still waiting on Mayweather in which he's going to keep waiting for another year.

 

Sometimes common sense and posts dont go together. He was ducking Martinez a man that was dominated by a guy that Williams beat, to fight at a higher weight vs a better fighter. Man that Williams sure is a cowardatsch
