It's Shane Mosley, and he has fought Mosley, Margarito and Clottey. All top 5 Welterweights. Pac fought JMM twice in his weightclass and moved up to fight Hatton at 140lbs. Yeah Floyd already beat Hatton and Delahoya, and he should be credited for those two wins because he beat better versions of them but that doesn't mean Pac wasn't taking on "a challenge". And the comparison cannot be made, Pacs competition over the past 5 years shits on Floyds.

You're telling me it's because he moved up it was more of a challenge?, Mayweather moved up for DLH and agreed to EVERYTHING DLH demanded which were a long list of advantages in the contract NOT THE other way around. Like Pac moved down for Hatton, Mayweather moved down as well. Mayweather sure as hell wasn't going to move down TWO weight divisions to make that fight especially when Hatton, as he admitted, was the one to turn down the fight at 140 and like Cotto and co. did.

 

If Mayweather called out Pac he would be a sissy fighting smaller guys. Cotto fights him and tries to trash the belt because of a catchweight HE ASKED FOR and slowly throws out indirect early excuses and he's a gladiator to drunken homosexuals.
