I've NEVER been a Vargas fan and for reasons like this: he's always been a second rate fighter (which I have nothing against) but has hated on the elites. Every time he stepped up, he failed ~ Against De La Hoya (even while cheating), Trinidad, Mosley, etc...

Not to mention is he is a proven cheater who still failed.

one dimensional is what Vargas was as a fighter. Good heart, but he lacked in other departments. Once a guy hurt him it was just a matter of time before he stopped Fernando.

I disagree he showed very good boxing skills when he beat Quartey. Against Winky he took the championship rounds to get the win, some people think Winky was robbed. I actually thought he came back to earn at least a draw against a great fighter. Rivera hurt Vargas and he got up to stop Rivera who was a very underrated.

Bit rich coming from Vargas isn't it?

Cotto isn't one dimensional at all.

I also disagree with Vargas . Cottos win over Mosley was impressive, hes not one dimensional.

He should've trained harder if he was doing that for "the fans", and most of all , he should've laid off the STEROIDS if he had any HONOR at all, as you blatantly state!!!!:yep Your comment just makes you look like a pathetic clown!! PPl that talk all this courageous behind a keyboard are usually like that because they can't at home/real life.... and you, my friend, just made a very courageous statement up there!! :p

Vargas would've made Cotto his *****. Vargas would've never lost to a bum like Margarito.

I can't believe Nando actually said that. :patsch
That's absurd, Cotto has more dimensions than most welterweights today, simple as that.
