White said Brock had the exact same issue and got right back into it. He said another fighter had the exact same issue and got right back into it but he couldn't remember the guys name. He said he hopes Silva's issue will be the same.

Good point I can stand the UFCs style of PPVs anymore. IMO they should have exactly 12 a year once a month, make them all worth the 45 dollars im talking stacked. Dana White keeps bragging well the UFC seems recession proof and I think hes testing that ****. Next year Wanderlei Silva vs Akiyama headlines a PPV tell me why a man who has lost 5 out of his last 6 fights going agianst a little known Asian fighter who got a questionable decision over a gatekeeper in his debut needs to main event a PPV ? The February 6th PPV is bull itself right now the biggest fights on the card are Demien Maia vs Dan Miller and Matt Serra vs Frank Trigg :-( Nuff said there but I wont go crazy yet maybe something is rescheduled for that date. I also think the UFC should have one free Spike card a month under the same style they have now when it comes to matchups.

They should rotate. Top shows, ppv... other shows, SpikeTV.

I think they should have a PPV every other month and a free spike event every other month with the lesser known, up and coming fighters.

i agree. one big bonanza every month. if i was a yank, i'd happily stay in and pay $45...

...IF i got something like 6/7 hours of quality fight after quality fight. i'm talking at least 3 main events per card.

silva vs akiyama is a terrible main event. i'm sure he'll wisen up and do something about that.

Yeah somtimes you have to be careful not be greedy. He has to understand that putting on free fights is a long term postive, no it dosent make as much money but if he could get a show on a national station likes NBC, CBS etc for free.........and have 12 shows a year showing the best up and comers and then reserve PPV for the champions in each division along with the top 2 or 3.

He also needs to let certain fights go free on the net especially fights older than 5 years.

Mike Tyson became a huge box office draw becuase his fights before he fought T. Berbick were on free tv.

Imagine getting to seeCain Valequz fight 8 to 12 times a year.......im Cain would do it for 20-50 grand a pop....in against fighters on a one fight contract...........i mean it builds excitiment.
