Haye has mentioned on several occasions that he does not want to fight passed his 30th birthday. Well, he just turns 29, which gives him almost two years two years to come to an agreement with a Klitschko (assuming, of course, that he truly doesn't fight passed 30). However, we already know that Haye will have to defend his title against the always amorous John Ruiz. Then there is his number one challenger, Ruslan Chagaev. Or how abut the number 3 guy, Kali Meehan? What do you think he will do? Will he instantly call out a Klitschko, again. Or will he return to England, defend his title a few times and retire? *I apologize in advance for not adding a poll. Fact is, this is only my second thread and I'm not sure exactly how to do it
if he convincingly beats valuev, then i dont see how he cant beat either klitschko. not that im comparing valuev to the klitschkos, but the fact that if haye were to knock out or stop the giant, then a victory over either klitschko would seem likely.

I seriously doubt it. He had a free shot at both after beating nobody but Monte Barrett but he gave options to King/Sauerland to fight Valuev. Makes no sense.
Explain that logic to me....it certainly sounds like you're comparing Valuev to a Klitschko, which is ludicrous.

It might depend on how he beats Valuev. He knows very well what Wlad did to Valuev conquerer Chagaev and if he doesn't do anything more spectacular than Chagaev, he won't be too confident about beating either Klitschko.
