Why not have the third PTP-Quintana fight now?

resumes do make fighters better. espeically when u are so established like martinez and ur best win a controversial "win " over cintron

im not sure its official as of yet. its still not on boxrec

 

I think it's official. Both Williams and Martinez team agree to the fight taking place at middleweight. The announcement will be made i believe in few more days.
