Who has more power... SSM, ZAB, CQ , Clottey or PAC?

    To all *******s... Please explain to me how SSM, ZAB, Quintana & Clottey (being naturally bigger than PAC) couldn't KD Cotto and how you expect PAC to kd Cotto in the fight. You guys rely too much on the Hatton fight to be honest when you know that Cotto has WAYYYY better defense

    I really don't see how Manny can realistically hurt Cotto on power only when Cotto has a great chin and has a jab that can neutrilize PAC as he did with fast and bigger boxers before.

    although i see your point and for the MOST part agree....

    sometimes that kind of logic is very wrong. kinda like saying

    Ike Quartey couldnt really hurt vargas, how can Rivera?
    Wlad Klit could barely hurt Peter.... how will McCline?

    ect, ect....

    Differant fights, fighters at differant stages in their careers (theyve taken more damage), getting hit by differant shots.... ect.



    Also.... to say that just because clottey has more power then pac, so how is pac going to KO cotto when clottey couldnt, imo is a big mistake made in boxing.
    Clottey doesnt have the speed to land the type of shots that may short circut cotto in the way that a pac punch could, its often the punch you DONT see coming that hurts you (that being said.... cotto couldnt see half the punches clottey threw period cuz of that eye lol)

    but you see what im saying? Often times its the speed that does just as much to knock down or hurt a fighter as it is the raw power.

    Judah knocked out Spinks..... but Mayorga and Jermain Taylor couldnt, but i garuntee you Judah isnt going to be knocking Pavlik on his ass the way Taylor did. Two differant types of power, and one relying heavily on speed to put the fighter in shock so to speak, once hit.

    I just think that Cotto has dealt with naturally heavier handed guys that have speed. Now, I am not sure if SSM or ZAB are faster than PAC. I am not going there but they are fast and have a natural heavier hand than PAC, that's for sure.

    As PAC hasn't been really hit the way Cotto can hit. Marquez hurt PAC several times and I believe that Cotto has greater power and has the proper boxing IQ to get PAC into trouble.

    I think that most people are mesmerized to what he did against Hatton but Cotto is going to prove that he is a total different animal than Hatton.

    Besides what i posted above i cant say i disagree with ya Gandul. :good Although anything is possible in the 'theatre of the unexpected' that is boxing, i would have to say that i will be BIT suprised if pac stops cotto early.

    But like i said, Pac due to his southpaw stance and speed and RELENTLESSNESS (judah stops throwing punches and shane gets fustrated) might just land the type of shots that shane and zab didnt land, and might land more then them..... until cotto is hurt.

    I dont think so though.... I think that Cottos chin is fine, has tasted power that is on pacs level, and that Pac wont hurt him seriously though he might wobble once or twice.

    I cant believe somebody dared to vote for Pac, come on!!! Mosley knocking out 154 pounders compared to Pac. what the **** is wrong with people

    im sure he ment hurt, JMM did buzz Pac a few times. at least i hope he ment hurt. Your avatar is awsome by the way. :good

    I definately see your point. I honestly think that when you compare the adjustment both men will have to make on each other I see that Cotto has fought naturally bigger / stronger and somewhat fast guys when we compare them to PAC vs PAC who has to make the adjustment on being with a naturally bigger guy in his prime that has a boxing IQ, that is fast (not as fast as him but we can't deny that Cotto has some fast hands as well as we witness in the SMM fight) and that can bang harder than what he has probably felt since David Diaz at 135 as I don't think that Hatton or Oscar had a chance to really catch him with something significant.
