Haye decision, if he fights the right fight and does not try and KO Valuev.

If he plays it cool, boxes on the inside and moves out of range quickly it is an easy points job.

He may choose to KO Valuev, punch himself out, and get outmuscled and out pointed.

It is a difficult fight to pick.

I would pick Haye via UD though only by 60%.

Because I think Haye might choose the wrong strategy and try for the KO and then blow himself out.

Haye is 6'3" (half an inch taller than Holyfield). Valuev will nick this on points for sure. Haye will have to overwhelmingly win 10 rounds to win this one on the scorecards in Germany (especially after what he said about the Klitschko brothers). Germany WON''T let him take this one...

Can't believe Zakman has Haye on points. He said that Haye would be KTFO by the first heavyweight he fought, then changed it to the first top 20 Heavy and then top 10.

So Valuev is not a real heavy? Or not top 10?

    Oh and Haye by TKO.

There is no way Haye who has fought about 5 rounds in 18 months will be able to go the distance with Valuev.

Haye is also not going to win on the scorecards without multiple (3 +) knockdowns.

His only chance is to go for the KO in the early or middle of the fight.

Each round this fight goes it only increases Valuev's chances and decreases Haye's chances.

I have said all along Haye will be winning the fight pretty easily then get tired and knocked out around the 9th or 10th round.

If Haye loses this fight his market value in the Heavyweight Division is zero.

    Yep

All you guys judging Valuev on the Ruiz and Holyfield fights shouldn't be couse the styles between them is much different than that of David Hayes.

David Haye's power will not trouble the giant at all, that Volkswagen shaped head aint even going to have a dent.

If there's a just and loving god, Haye will beat Valuev for his belt and then spend the next year hyping up a big clash with one of the Klitschko's which would make a ton of cash for all parties involved and give us a great fight in the process.

SNV let Haye win for the good of the sport. He had to pass on the torch at some point and Haye with his slick blackness, handsomeness and exciting, fan friendly style was the obvious choice.
