Anyone else think it's BS that the WBO is on the line at a catchweight and Cotto has the right to be 147?

Don't matter IMO, Should Cotto lose to Pac either way he should be without a belt.

Doesnt matter... or you have doubts that Cotto is going to win?

he's allowed to come in at 147 if he wants so its not BS

the 145 catchweight is just about the purse, not the title. Thats a seperate issue.

No I do think Cotto will win but I just think it's his right to fight the for the title at 147 and if Pac wants the belt properly he should allow it.

Always politics, money, advantages don't see why Pac wouldn't fight him at proper weight?

Truthfully I thought so too but at the end of the day, it's just a trinket.

I think you missed the part where I said Cotto is allowed to come in at 147 if he wants to. Last time I checked 147 is the proper weight.

No I got that, I just meant that I don't understand why they just couldn't fight at the proper sanctioned weight if the belts up?

it is kind of b.s., but belts dont really mean anything these days, so i suppose its not such a big deal.
