By that ******ed logic the guy who would win the poll would be some journeyman that fought a lot of top fighters but lost to all of them.

if not a journeyman then a guy like Camacho would win that clearly.

But you dont see his name in there cause its about who has the most complete resume and not who fought the most top fighters is that too hard to understand?

 

These are nearly all losses. That makes a good resume? Hell, three of those are knock out losses.

 

I don't see how Pacquiao has a better resume than Hopkins. Are there a couple of Pacquiao fans with several aliases, or do that many people really give it to Pacquiao? In fairness to Pac, he still has MANY years to go before he's been fighting as long as Hopkins.

 

Hey POPKINS I told you those fights with Haugen and Ramirez were over 20 years ago. Haugen was 20 yrs and 9months and ramirez 20yrs and 3 months. So maybe you need a little revision of his career,next time state last 21 years. Also i know about the thread on classic forum myself and others have been debating with all the sweat pea nut huggers. The Ali point of view though was a good way of putting it. In that case Chavez should be on here as he was considered the best PFP fighter in the early 90s.

 

All of them have a pretty good resume but i like lennox lewis resume. A win against holyfield and tyson is pretty impressive.

I agree that Tyson was passed his prime, which is why i wrote that in the first place, so read a post before you tell me I have no clue. Notice i also wasn't the only person to vote for Lewis, so in that case plenty other people "have no clue".
Also, before the Lewis fight, Holyfeild had beaten Tyson and Michael Moorer, which indicates he wasn't passed it. It's opinion, Lewis wouldn't have been on the list if he didn't have a resume which could be considered the best.
