Oscars' been in there with full fledged middleweights like Hopkins and big bangers like Mosley and Trinidad. Of course he's going to belittle Pacquiao's power because he was, more than likely, never hurt by him.

Delahoya couldnt cope up with pac's speed, coz pac flies like a butterfly. Oscar was also never hurt, but he was stung like a bee! Look at his face!!!

Just as Beristain had said after Oscar quit his stool, “I stopped the fight because it’s my job to save my fighter from taking any more punishment,” said Ignacio Beristain, De La Hoya’s trainer. “There was nothing else we could do to Manny Pacquiao. I had to do it.”

Never hurt? He had 4 more rounds to come back and hurt Pac, why did he quit then?

exactly. the guy has been fighting 154-160 lbs fighter for a long time. Of course he was used to getting hit by bigger punchers. Pac's punch won't have the effect of a punch like hopkins-roid up vargas and mosley but it doesn't mean he doesn't have much power.

plus pac's advantage is his speed anyways.. Solis-morales-diaz-delahoya all said he doesn't punch hard yet all of them were either KO or TKO:lol:

Oscar's just bitter at the fact that Manny bitched slapped him for 8 rounds and he couldn't do anything about it. Oh wait he did he quit like a coward, and he wonders why Mexicans don't like him.

why didn't he just fight Cotto instead? I didn't think Oscar was visibly hurt anytime in the Pac fight. He was taking his lumps like a man and b*tched out like a quitter.

there is no way in hell cotto can beat the pacman. who the hell is de la hoya he's never even really done anything in boxing to allow him to say ****. pacman is the greatest of all time already. beating cotto is just icing on the cake. also my friend's uncle told me those pictures of DLH are real, he works for a magazine in toronto.

about your 3rd point, its wrong. If Pacquiao destroys Cotto, then people will start questioning wether Oscar was truly as shot as people claim when Pac destroyed him. While on the other hand if Cotto beats Pac's ass then everyone will think that Oscar was just completely shot and that in his prime, he would have beaten Pacquiao
