According to whom? Really, do you read the newspaper or even pay attention? Vitali's last fight was the highest rated boxing telecast of the year for HBO. Wlad last fight drew 60,000 fans, only 8 requested a refund after Haye dropped out.

And Haye's last fight. He sold 6,000 seats (many of which were simply give away) in the 20,000-seat O2 arena...in his home town. That certainly sounds like a savior to me.

Again, this is a common Haye nuthugger misconception. Really, if you want to claim that the Klitschkos are boring, that's a personal opinion. If you want to claim that they are unpopular, then you're ignorant and you should probably smarten up. :hi:

He's saving the HW division from the boring fights that the 2 Klitschkos keep putting us through. Haye brings excitement to the ring!

Haye having a big mouth is good for boxing in a sence. Let's be honest, there's a bit too much of "Mr Nice guys" like Pacquiao, Hatton, Cotto, Marquez; they're all good fighters that are good for the sport, but there's just too many of em, Floyd seems to be the only one who is cocky and arrogant. It might annoy you, but it gets you watching, just like David Haye will.

As much as I dislike Haye, him winning would be good for boxing, and especially the HW division. I'm very fed up with Valuev, just as I was fed up with Ruiz, we need a new face with the WBA belt, regardless of who it is. Just like Ruiz, Valuev is a Don King & Sauerland fighter, which is a bad combination. The only positive thing that can be said about Valuev is that he was an active beltholder (except for this year), while Haye is not exactly an active fighter (at least not at HW). I hope this changes once he has that belt though.

However, to all of you who think that Haye winning the WBA-belt will lead to a unification bout with one of the Klitschko brothers, you are wrong. Haye will not face a Klitschko anytime soon, regardless if he wants to or not. It's already established that the winner of Valuev-Haye will have to defend his belt against John Ruiz, after that the WBA will certainly have another challenger ready, which will be either Chagaev, Valuev (if he loses the belt) or even old man Holyfield. Just forget about a HW unification before 2012.

I don't think Haye has a prayer of beating either Klitschko, nor do I have a particularly preference there. But it would be a good thing for him to beat Valuev, because it helps set up those superfights. Haye better fight the Klits quickly though, because if he has to take a mandatory against a hard hitting HW, he's getting knocked out.
