I dont get why its Arums fault here? Floyd wont do business with Arum, I am sure if Floyd said he wanted the fight Arum would have no problem making it happen.
its Floyds fault that he is being a ***** in regards to Arum.

Floyd tried to make the fight with Cotto. Do you have a link or know when exactly Floyd said "he will not" do business with Arum? I always remember Floyd saying Arum is standing in the way, but not that Floyd himself won't do business with him.

Care to admit it or not, Floyd is the go to guy for the real big paydays. Manny is # 2 in that department right now. People say that Floyd's opponent is the one that draw the fans but the fact is against common opponents, Floyd's numbers crushed Manny's. Against DLH, Marquez, and Hatton, Floyd's numbers are all significantlly higher.

I'm not saying manny needs floyd to make money but if he wants the biggest possible payday Floyd is where it's at and if he wants the most respectable win, floyd is also where it's at. No other fight will give Manny the bragging rights that a win over floyd would, not even close.

You have been around here long enough to know Floyd wont do business with Arum, infact I think he spoke about it when he was getting owned on the radio..

Sorry but Floyd is the man making this impossible to happen not Arum, why wouldnt Arum as a money hungry greedy promoter not want to put this fight together? explain that?

I don't get it either Bazooka, that's going to be Floyds excuse for not fighting Cotto / Pac, Arum. I know Pac and Floyd will make serious money but in all honesty, I would rather see "Money" fight a prime top level Welter like Mosley, Cotto, Clottey, even Williams if he can still make the weight.

He wouldn't want to make the fight with Pac happen because he knows Pac will get dominated and then his star will shine a little less bright.

With the amount of money invlovled, the fight will happen. Arum, Floyd, and anyone else that has a beef, will put that **** aside for this kind of paper.

Anytime someone says that a fight can't be made, I think of Lewis vs Tyson. HBO and showtime coming together to make the telecast, Tyson getting licensed despite all his ****. When there is that much money invloved, obstacles seem to crumble.

Pac would be a FOOL to take a fight in Texas against Marquez. The judging down there is criminal. So is the refereeing.

the down to the bone truth is that Manny can easily get 8 figure paydays without Floyd, like he has in his last 3 fights, and that he doesn't need Floyd for his legacy.

Pac vs Floyd is a great fight, but does the winner of Pac vs Cotto have to fight Floyd? hell no.

Didn't Floyd say he would not fight Pac because "... Pac dosn't call his own shots." or something to that effect. Basicly sayin' because he dosn't want to have to deal with Arum.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if remember right Floyd said he was coming back to fight Marquez because he loved the sport. Well if that is true, he would fight anybody regardless of promoters to make the best fights happen for the fans and for the sport he claims to love.

Floyd is rich as ****, his crib is paid for as his bills are, but it's still all about the Money. Imagiine if all fighters out there had the same mentality as Floyd, we would hardley get any great match-ups.

Floyd is one of the most gifted fighters hands down, but it's fustrating and hard to be a fan of his.

That is a speculative response but moronic? NO. It's my belief that Arum and Roach know, like many others that Floyd has the style to make Manny look very bad in the ring.

Why is it so accepted to say a fighter (Floyd) who rarely looks the least bit disturbed, has never lost and is world renowned as the best pure boxer of this generation is afraid to fight people because he's scared they can beat him, but it is moronic to think that the handlers of Manny ( a guy who has been outboxed and outpointed by Morales and JMM IMO) is afraid to fight Mayweather for fear that he might beat him and derail his hype train.

It was a simple and speculative response, but come on dude...moronic? Get the **** outta here :patsch
