Pac is a guy who has only recently developed again as a better fighter. Judah has had his skillset from day. Uppercuts, jabs, you name it.

#1- If Cotto backs up with his gloves up then PAC CAN TIME HIM.

#2- Pacquiao doesn't attack from one angle so if Cotto is backing up Pac is gonna open up shop AND COTTO IS NOT A GOOD COUNTER BACKING UP.

#3- Pac slowing down isn't really a possibility. He only gets stronger and more comfortable. We've seen Cotto slow down and broken before.
