If Pacquiao beat Cotto and then Mayweather, he has the potential to go Top 10 of all-time.

Bull****. If Floyd beat either Pac or Cotto, they'd still have a large fanbase afterwards. It's not like either are undefeated right now, and BOTH are still draws.

It looks like PBF needs to man up and fight Mosley, Paul Williams, Margocheato or retire. Cotto or Pac are not in his future.

What a disappointing come back if he was just to retire, all he fought was JMM.

Keep the ****ing insults to yourself homeboy!:-(

You're the one who made the comment on how Pacman was more popular...I simply countered your arguement by point out the #'s of Floyd and Pacman common opponents....Pacman maybe the more EXCITING fighter which I agree with but he is not more popular. Economy doesnt have anything to do with it! So if you think I'm stupid then more power to you but I'm not about to get into a shouting match with you...You can do that by your ****ing self!:good

So why didnt either of these fighter do these #'s outside of Floyd? When its all said and done...It still leads back to Mayweather.

With Oscar retired...Floyd gives people nice paydays! Fact!

Floyd just is not good against an interviewer who isn't there to kiss his ass. He's been owned by Kenny twice, but nothing like this. Floyd's demeanor said it all. He got SPANKED.

Dude get real, shane even though is a great fighter has cooled off in the publics eyes. If the shoe was on the other foot Shane would be doing the same thing in fact he has not only to Floyd, He did it too oscar after winning a controversial decision over oscar, that many thought he lost and he did it too Zab and margarito.

The only reason shane fought Margarito is because of his win over cotto, if margarito would have never beat Cotto shane would have never faced him. And so fighting margariot was good for shane pocket book not because Margarito was the best, because he had already been beat by Williams.

But you also notice that Margarito turned right around and told shane too **** himself, the only way he would fight shane, is if Margarito got paid for fighting a fighter Magarito and his people considered yesterdays news. Margarito gave shane the break, that shane never would have given him if the shoe was on the other foot.

So you see Shane also belong to club of fighter who will fight fighter that will benefit his their pockets. If that were not the case Shane would have called out williams the man that beat Winky, who beat shane twice. If everyone is so interested in fighting the tuffest fights, why does williams have to move to 154 and 160 when he started his career as a welter weight .. Why because no one is interested in fighting the best, there interested in fighting the big fight AKA Big money fights.

Wake the **** up Boxing is about money now, and too blame one fighter because of the boxing game greed is just plane ****ing stupid.

All you're saying is talked about over and over again amongst boxing scribs and all, in regards to today's boxing reality....Real boxing fans understand that concept, you don't need to write a paragraph about it....

I'm just saying when it's all said and done, the best possible fight which can be made instantly while being quite meaningful for many reasons is Mosley vs Mayweather.

Politics aside, past aside, business aside, it's a fight us fans should demand right ****in' now because we are the ones paying their salaries.

Who cares what the result is, Mosley right now is the recognized welterweight champ by most and Mayweather is a full blown welterweight. Therefore, Mayweather should fight him now from a legacy stand point. The fight can be made easily because Mosley will allow Mayweather to get what he wants...

    That's it that's all !

Can we at least agree as boxing fans, that Mosley-Mayweather should happen sooner than later ?

Yep. The numbers don't lie. If Floyd wasn't popular and people didn't want to see him, he wouldn't do such great numbers. If Floyd had only turned in round 300k against Marquez, people would post links to articles stating such all the time, laughing about how pathetic of a draw Floyd is. The fact that his numbers were great has left them clutching at straws.
