The only thing missing from your well informed opinions is a bit of common sense. You judge every fighter based on statistics and who they lost too. Boxing is not that black and white, as Popkins said, you don't judge a fighters career, especially one as great as Napoles, on one loss. Pacquiao lost to Torrecampo, a journeyman at best, does that nullify all of his great victories? ...No.
ive seen both fights and you can clearly see that he would never out point fighters would fast hands and great footwork. Even luis rodriguez and pryor would outpoint him. But i favor him over trinidad and dela hoya pac's KO2 of hatton is miles better than napoles decision win over Muniz
I probably have Pac in the top 50 (I'll have to wait until it's all said and done to really know where, though), with the possible Cotto win cementing this position and maybe a slightly higher placing. It'll take a win over Mayweather or even Mosley to really up my opinion of him though, as I fully believe he'll beat Cotto as of now.
I do not believe Manny could beat Shane Mosley. I wouldn't even give him a fighting chance. I do think he could outpoint Floyd in a major upset though - anyone with a good chin and a high workrate has a realistic chance of outpointing the 147 pot-shot machine.
