If Haye wins he will act like a ***** when it comes to negotiations with the K-bros. I can imagine him demanding a 50/50 split which should make it very difficult for the fights to take place.

No, what you are saying doesn't make any sense. When has Valuev ever, ever faced a big puncher? The answer is never. His management team have very cleverly kept him far away from guys like the klitshckos and tua. Hell, he hasn't even fought guys that can hit as hard as Peter, Oleg or Rachman. :scaredas:

the Klitschkos will gladly give him 50/50 if he can show that he can draw 50%'s worth of income to the fight - and not 50/50 if he's only drawing 20% of the grosses.

I think the op is just confirming what most of us already know about Haye.
Under those good looks, he's a nasty ******* who loves a scrap. If he does stun Valuev, and Valuev doesn't go down, Valuev could take a nasty nasty beating.

What's Haye going to do if he lands his best punch on Valuev, and the punch just bounces off his head? Kind of like when Hearns hit Hagler with his money punch and nothing happened? And what if Valuev really is pissed off to the point that he is out for blood? This is not going to be a beat down of Valuev by Haye. Believe it guys, this is not a competitive fight because the size difference is immense. Haye simply doesn't have the power or the weight to push Valuev around the way many of you think he can.

:huh And pray tell which giant heavys Mr Hayes has KOed then ?, or is knocking the hell out of welsh macrenelli who we all know now was well over rated any proof of anything ?

And once again hes never been down, thats against 50 heavyweights, while hayes has been down a few time against CW's. Im still going for hayes, but i really dontt think it will be as seeminly easy as some think, haye has got people talking which is good, but maybe hes got people going way way ott with him at the moment

No, but I'd say it proves that his chin is an unknown quantity because it has never been tested by a real puncher. And wasn't that your sacrcastic contention? That Valuev has a great chin? Please, take the time to read your own posts. :nut

I've seen Valuev momentarily stunned, so a TKO or KO isn't completely out of the question.

But if Valuev is really out for blood as you say, it will make it even easier for Haye to pick him apart because Valuev appear to be lunging into thin air because everytime he throws, Haye will move in and counter.

Valuev needs to remain calm and try to catch Haye coming and then tie him up when Haye gets inside.

Did you even read the post I was responding to. I wasn't comparing his ching with Haye's....I was simply stating an undiputable fact: Valuev has never faced a heavy puncher...in 51 fights. Doesn' that make you sort of suspicious? Or are your just a naturally incurious chap? :D

He should demand a 50/50 split.

Why, preytell? According to Ring Magain, Fightnews and ESPN, Valuev is the number 7 ranked heavyweight. Even if Haye wins, his heavyweight record will still pail by comparison to guys like Chagaev, Chambers and Povetkin. And those guys wouldn't dream of demanding 50 percent. Are you saying that a trinket tile that Valuev didn't even defeat a champion for (Chagaev relinquished it due to injuries) suddenly entitles Haye to a 50/50 split? Ridiculous. :nut
