You're in denial. Holyfield lost. A 40+ year old Holyfield can whup 99% of any twenty something year old on the planet.

 

Haye would not look him in the eye at the staredown and is running the whole first round.

 

Valuev getting booed, Haye getting cheers and we're underway!

Valuev comes out somewhat aggressive as Haye is moving around and using the ring to his advantage. Haye is moving and circling Valuev, occasionally sending out a jab. Haye lets go with a 1-2 to no effect really. Valuev is coming forward but not throwing, Haye is standing and maeausring. Haye walks into a straight jab and falls back. Haye seems to be biding his time early and we've got ourselves the classic feeler round. Haye lands a right to the body followed by a jab to the body. Valuev coming forward but not throwing and the two get in there and Haye lands the better shot. More stalking and measuring, Valuev's jab seems a little short so far. Haye looks loose and lets go with a meaningless 1-2. Valuev tries for an uppercut but nothing doing as the round ends. Tough round to score, very much your classic feeler round.

I'm going to puss out and go 10-10. Nobody landed anything of note.
