Bingo. If WALDO can fight safety first against shot to **** Rahman and little Iggy, it's complete bull**** to give Haye stick for fighting that way against a guy that's never even been wobbled in his entire career....until now :deal

Yeah, it was a bit like the last 4 rounds of Oscar V Tito, wasn't it?

Yeah it was. And? However I would say it was more like the last 2 rounds... but let's not split hairs. Point being... IT WAS AWFUL!

So ****! At leats he has some charisma. I dont like Floyd Mayweather but i respect the fact that without him the welterwieght scene wouldnt have as much intrigue surrounding it. The heavyweights needed charisma. We FINALLY have it again! Someone with crossover appeal as he can interest the general public. If your not pleased with tonights outcome your extremely dull or Russian. Haye outboxed a guy who was him plus a third sizewise, enjoy having someone interesting who can actually win heavyweight world titles and give the guy a break.

Yes, but I remember Wlad being too afraid to let the right hand go for fear of being countered. When he did have Iggy hurt and pretty much on the canvas, and he chose to not go for the kill.

I will agree that this bout was frustrating to watch and quite boring. I think Haye fought the way he did because he most likely realized that going after Valuev would be a bad idea...although I think he found out later when he wobbled Valuev that he could of indeed been more aggressive.

I do find it funny though how so many people are judging how Haye fights by this bout, when it's obvious to me that he only implored this particular strategy because of who he was going up against. In other words, since when has Haye ever fought like this before? Yeah this was a boring performance but that's the way he must of thought was the best strategy when facing someone so huge and tall. I seriously doubt in the future he will fight like that, and especially against Ruiz (if they do indeed fight) he'll be more himself because he's the size of a fighter he's used too.

I will say though that he got lucky with the decision, Haye should of done a lot more punching and it was frustrating to watch because I thought he was going to lose because he didn't do enough. I do think this is good for the devision though so I'm in no way going to complain, it will make some interesting fights in the future with the Klitschko's and such.

Haye won without the need to entertain people, that just enhances his greatness. It was like WALDO V Iggy, only more beautiful. Haye was right, he made Valuev look like an amateur in there. :happy:happy:happy

Really?? I think Haye starches Wladimir through actually hitting him on the chin flush, something that hasent happened for years and will undoubtedly result in Wlad being ko'd. He beats Vitali through sheer athleticism, Vitali keeps his hands low and Haye can throw in bunches at an intense pace for a long time. Haye isnt obese or old or small, hes ripped, at his peak and average height. For me Haye beats both.

You went from Valuev will destroy Haye. I'll bet your and if Haye loses you leave to.

    Valuev clearly won.

To Valuev hurt Haye in the corner but the ropes saved Haye from going down

    To Haye barely hurt Valuev

To Valuev didn't land a power shot. So his chin is yet to be seen.

To Haye fans can't call Wlad boring because Haye was boring this one fight while Wlad has never been boring consistently. :nut

To Haye wasn't close to a knocked down he just had him wobbling for 10 seconds. What does wobbling for 10 seconds represent to you? He was very close to being knocked, not as close as Vitali being dropped by a near 40 year old golfer... AKA Corrie Sanders.

You're a troll, a fraud, a jackass, and someone with no honor and no credibility. You lost, but can't man up and leave. You're sad excuse for a human being.
