Valuev won that fight, he threw more, landed more, was the aggressor. Hye didn't do nearly enough to win.

I'll think you may find that you are wrong.
I thought that the judges (the only ones who really count), the German press and anyone else who understands boxing said that Haye won.

I could be wrong of course. :bart:hey

i wanted Haye to win, but those who thought Froch beat Dirrel shouldknow they are completely turning their argument on its head to defend tonghts decision.
Valuev is an extreamley uninspiring boxer but he is what he is and im surprised Haye got the decision - especially after all we heard about the challenger having to win convincingly to turn the judges. I sense a fix.

    :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

You guys are ****in hilarious. Valuev barely landed a shot all night and got caught by Haye counters in almost every round ... if that's what you think it takes to win then I dunno.

I thought there was going to be a robbery but the other way around. I scored almost exactly as those two judges.

    Shut up you clown.

Valuev barely landed a punch and was made to look like a one dimensional fool who was almost down in the last.

Robbery? ****ing morons on ESB never cease to amaze.

I had it 114-114. No robbery here, but I was surprised they gave it to Haye.

I thought he was blowing it in the middle rounds when he allowed Valuev back into the fight.

:patsch Holy ****ing ****. Valuev barely landed a punch all night. This is undoubtedly the only time in the sports history where people are debating the decision where one fighter landed, at the most, 1 or 2 shots all fight. It blows..my mind.

Haye clearly won. Cause Niko was stalking him it look like he was the aggressor but all he did was punch thin air

How the **** can it be clearly a massive robbery in the same way that Valuev has been gifted some atrocious decisions against Evander Holyfield amongst others. In many ways i actually thought they would do it again last night with it being such a hard fight to score, but it was by no means a robbery against Valuev. What you have to remember is that most of Valuevs punches were missed or slipped.

Valuev is not a fighter, he just doesn't have it in him. Worst of all in the ring he seems to want to prove that he's not just a freak and insists on boxing. He should ram his opponents sometimes, grab'em, use his size.

After all the talking Haye didn't impress at all. He proved he had the power to knock him out in the 12th but never took any chances. If your mouth is that big you should back it up and not just count on a favorable judges decision. He didn't do enough to win IMO.

They were both ****ing horrible and that's all there is to it.

    Anybody know the punch stats?
Cant see how you can score it to valuev because he didnt land ****, more to boxing than just being the aggressor, you have to land the punches.
