The amount of bleating here. Haye beat Valuev more convincingly than Chagaev. Haye actually beat Valuev - Holyfield didn't.

I cant wait for xompubox stats to compare these two fights. I'm pretty sure that Holyfield outlanded Valuev by a nice margin and I doubt Haye even outlanded Valuev.

So by your statement you are saying that there is never any inconsistent scoring in boxing?

By your statement you are saying that there are no bad decisions?

If you are not saying this, then you are saying that Haye put in a better performance against Valuev than Holyfield did. He didn't. Haye deserved to win, but he didn't put in a better performance than Holy.

Practically everything Haye threw landed, Valuev missed with almost everything he threw. Haye made him look as slow as a slug out there.

Of course Holyfield fought a better, smarter fight and deserved the win more than Haye (Holyfield deserved the win period).

Haye hurt him more but both won in a 8-4 type manner.

I suggest some you go and watch the Holyfield Valuev fight again, there seems to be some severe cases of rose tinted spectacles going on here. The fight was dire, really really bad. Holyfield showed good conditioning for an old man, how could I tell that? Because he basically ran a marathon in there, his punch output was comically low, I think it is up there with Williams v Harrison 1 as one of the most boring fights of all time.

Look, I know Holyfielf is a legend, and Haye is currently seen as an arrogant git by many, but the blatant bias is pathetic. I've seen some pretty foolish opinions on ESB, but today has been one of the worst, there is far too much hate behind half the posts.

the hate and bias on here against Haye is shocking!
The man followed the blue print set by hollyfield, got hit less and nearly knocked the guy out in the 12th all with a possibly broken hand. Yet most posters give him **** saying he was running.
    GET A ****ING GRIP!
