He landed 1 jab and 3 punches with the G'n'P almost got armbared and almost got Ko'ed in the 1st and GOT koed in the second. I don't think it was as close as you'd like to make it out to be. Rogers shoulda showed some respect. Now he is saying that the stoppage was to quick and he wasn't KO'ed at all. He also says he shoulda won and Fedor wasn't good and he shoulda took advantage of all the holes he saw in Fedors game.
No, when you show respect to a guy who just knocked you the F out, its because he just didnt come in there and curl up and let Fedor beat on him; instead, he got beat at his own game, yeah embarrassing but it takes a real man to admit it and behave like a man when the fight is over. He had his chance to act like a "tough guy" and he failed. He acted like he was going to "do" something to Fedor at that moment, after Fedor had already said he would be willing to give him a rematch. What he needs to do is train, get better, win some fights and get the rematch, instead of huffing and puffing about getting KTFO.
Rogers is a sore loser. His pride is his problem here. He can't admit some run of the mill looking guy gave him a bit of sleep. Fedor is the top dog for a reason.

I like Rogers and he has a future in the sport. But he got brutally KOed. No shame in losing to the #1 Heavyweight and #1 pound 4 pound fighter in the world.
I disagree completely. I think Rogers impressed me a lot in this loss. The fact is he has had 11 fights with 10KO wins, and lasted much longer than MANY people against Fedor. Though he lost, I thought he was a little timid with his striking but he move pretty well for HW. Watch Carwin fight who just happens to have gotten a title shot in UFC, he's horrid, Rogers would destroy the guy standing up. Same with Gonzaga and lot more people. I think if Rogers is able to get up vs Fedor he can manhandle the likes of Kongo if he wishes. Rogers is 28, has 10 kos fights, and looked solid in getting KTFO by the GOAT. Rogers is VERY impressive and has a LOT of potential. He needs to fix his attitude a little bit and I think I can support him.
rogers put up a valiant fight. despite the defeat i would be glad to watch him again. he is incredibly strong and powerful. he fought smarter than i thought he would. he done really well.
I did not like Rogers before the fight. After the fight i realize what a silly ***** he is. His punches knock people out but it is not technique but 280 pounds and most people go back when he rushes. mistake. Fedor handed him his ass and Rogers could not believe it. he does not deserve a rematch. he is vastly overrated and was exposed last night.
