Haye Won the Fight: What the hell is going on?

    I can't believe there are so many dick heads on this site that think Valuev won the fight.

    This web site is unbelievable, the amount of blind idiots that can't see this was a clear victory for Haye is staggering. It's unbelievable really.

    Haye landed more shots, better shots, had a higher connect percentage and Valuev was swinging at empty space. Haye fought the right fight in the right way. He made sure Valuev was unable to get close and use his weight to tire Haye out, he looked for the openings when they were there and planted crisp shots on that melon. When you fight Valuev you have no choice but to fight on the back foot, you can't plough through a guy that big and push him back, yet everyone is saying Haye fought negative?? WTF? You have no ****ing choice but to go back when you fight a ****ing Big Foot.

    The right man won and it's ****ing fantastic!

    Haye said he´d deliver a KO = fail
    Haye ran the whole fight = fail
    Haye threw about 10 punches per round = fail
    The conternder has to do more than the champ = fail
    Haye had 1 (in words ONE) impressive round = fail

    If you run your mouth and you fail to deliver then you´re a fail.

    I was actually amazed he managed to hurt the guy, it's like a super featherweight hurting a normal heavyweight.

    It IS a positive for boxing, but that doesn't mean that this was the clear-cut victory you and others are trying to portray it as. Valuev made the fight, he came forward, and had a better workrate. Haye ran around flicking out punches. IMO, you shouldn't win fights that way, PARTICULARLY if you throw as few punches as Haye did.

    Haye had no choice but to run around and not engage Valuev? Then why did he do it in the 12, the only round he clearly won??

    The last fight Valuev won legitimately, was against Lyakhovich. Good that Haye got rid of him, and hopefully there won't be any rematches. Valuev fights are almost unwatchable.
