Yes it would be a great fight if it were to happen but Haye stated yesterday on a live radio show that he and Vitaly would be his ideal fight after Ruiz ( Ruiz is still his mandatory and excepted stepaside money and a promise of fighting the winner to allow this Haye v Nv fight to go ahead in the first place ) Vitaly showed up and agreed on the spot to fight Haye , Haye was happy but firstly Haye has to get past Ruiz and Vitaly needs to get passed kingpin , add to that Ruiz got a bad cut Sat night and Haye claims he bust his hand in the 2nd round Saturday night , Ruiz v Haye in March and then Vitaly in Summer 10 , forget Wlad ( his brother takes his licks off Haye for him ) and Tua after just 4 minutes in two and a half years needs more ring time and a title to get anywhere near the top guns in the division imo GN .
:fire I was driving from Airlie Beach to Gold Coast. Credit where credit is due.....and Haye wont get any from me :-( Valuev was robbed......most guys on the brit forum during the round by round were saying Haye wont win this....only 2 guys thought Haye won before the cards were read out. The Klits will ice Haye :deal
definitely - i reckon he needs 3 more fights working his way through the ranks before a shot at anything, although i think they will try and rush him into a fight with any big name at the moment...
I agree Josey, from what I've seen and read about the fight, Haye used the right game plan - stayed on the outside and didn't let Valuev get hold of him and tire him out. Well done to him, he would have had to stay alert for all 12 rounds to stay out of the grasp of the Chernobyl Kid.
Dry your eyes Ash! The last notice you should ever take is internet forum 'judges' Valuev's own team credit Haye with the victory you might as well too! God I hate to be with you the day choc loses, we'll have to run around hiding all the sharp impliments!
I bet those people were listening to the commentator Jim Watt who seemed to have his own agenda against david haye for some reason despite Haye executing a near perfect fight plan, although he didn't get the ko he gave the world a little taste of his power in the 12th.
Mutt i think the damage Haye done to his hand as early as the second round forced him into STICKING with the game plan , who knows if he was capable of sticking to it had it not been for the hand ? , David likes a rip up and i honestly belive it was the best thing that could have happened to him .
Yep defo ,Tua is a beast when he is on song and truly world class imo , who knows ? like you said he could even make a full stab at World honours give his new dedication within a few fights and i for one would never write class like that off mate .
See the Boxer for what he is ASH , your lack of class is showing through mate , i'm not surprised ive seen this in your posts for months now fella , how very UN-AUSTRALIAN of you :-(

Ruiz is the mandatory. Its gonna have to happen. IMO Haye will want that over ASAP so will do it within 5 months.
to be fair, this only puts him into the no.3 spot at best. chagaev beat valuev but ended up getting iced by wladimir, so beating valuev doesn't mean he can mix it with the big 2 still though... :happy:happy:happy david tua is a very one dimensional fighter. very good at what he does, and a top heavyweight at his best, but because he is so one dimensional if he beat david haye he would only lose his belt to the next tall-ish boxer that comes along. do we really need to see the WBA change hands again? i'd rather see a unification with someone like vitali who will be a more meaningful champion should haye lose
