(I don't buy this nonsense of not rating HW's. Or penalising some fighters five places for not being North American or Latino, like The Ring and others seem to do)

    1. Manny Pacquaio
    2. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    3. Bernard Hopkins
    4. Miguel Cotto
    5. Juan Manuel Marquez
    6. Wladamir Klitschko
    7. Shane Mosley
    8. Vitali Klitschko
    9. David Haye
    10. Chad Dawson

I'd be ok with swapping Williams for Dawson or Haye. Those 3 are interchangable IMO. Williams does have a strong case.

Why should Hopkins go down win or lose? What happens if he blows Roy away in 2 rounds? What about his fight with Ornelas? Your logic is very strange. If he goes down win or lose why not just rank him lower now?

Yup, I'd probably take Haye off, keep Dawson at #10 and add Paul Williams around #6. Mosley IMO should be #4...

Hopkins at 3 rd. ? A great fighter - ATG - but not p4p - he could lose to Dawson, Bute, Kessler and Jones !!!.

After the Ward fight, i hope to see Kessler on the list.

Doesn't Abraham deserve to be mentioned ?

Hopkins' last performance was an absolute masterclass, he was 43 years old, no one gave him a chance against Pavlik - the undefeated Middleweight King & ranked P4P elite - yet Hopkins took him to school and won every minute of every round. Those facts are more impressive than your opinion on who he COULD lose to.

Abraham definetly deserves a mention. I have him just outside the Top 10 at the moment. Knocking on the door, but not quite inside yet.
