That's a worry. But ESB need to protect themselves from potential legal action, so if it's between a poster and a major UK promoter, they're making the right choice.

Really how? I mean what happened ot freedom of speech....its not like Holmes gave Warren's personal address, NI number or any other personal info like that. Surely ESB isn't liable for what its posters express :huh

Surely one guys false 'opinion' should be treated as a pinch of salt by warren

The site gives posters a 'forum" through which to express their opinions, so ultimately are responsible for the material posted on it. If they allowed someone to post child porn, they'd be charged for it along with the poster - as a ridiculously OTT comparison.

I'm pretty sure he did a million in the UK, plus 800,000 in the US. And he got a portion of that money too.

he made a HUGE amount for that fight.

He got the secondsout.com forum shut down once, he's a really litigious person.

Watch what you say about him.

Definitely don't say that he's a closet nonce who eats **** or anything like that

Don't forget that Hatton fought at 4.30 am on a Sunday morning, not 9.50pm on Saturday night.

I know Hatton did 1.1 million buys in the UK alone for the Mayweather fight. He was supposed to have earned over £10m for that fight
