Wlad is a different story though, he isn't going to outbox him but he could drop him, trouble is getting close enough to do it.

If Haye doesn't fight either Klitschko after Ruiz, he should definitely fight Chagaev. No offense to Haye fans, but Chagaev should still be the WBA champion. He never lost that title to Valuev in the ring...he lost it in an arbitration meeting. Now, Haye is the title holder, but it would go a long way to showing he's legit if he could beat the guy who beat the guy he got the title from.

I think he'd trade more with Wladamir for three reasons, 1) the size difference isn't as much, 2) Wlad has a glass jaw, no doubt about it, 3) Haye's style is all wrong for Wlad, look at the fighters who starched Wlad - fast small guys with power.

You obviously don't know much about boxing, newbie. Wlad has no trouble at all with fast small guys like Byrd. It's bigger, taller, stronger brawlers like Brewster, Sanders and Peter than have given him trouble. In fact, Haye is tailor made for Wlad. He doesn't move his head and he get hit with too many jabs. Also, he has a glass jaw to match Wlad's. Should be a short fight either way.

Watch the video dick head. and ask any hospital - they dont put a cast on a broken hand. I broke my hand hitting some ***** at a train station, same bone that haye has broken, and they can do nothing for it except strap the fingers together and treat the swelling. Took about 7 weeks before it healed.

If haye really did **** his hand up in round 2 then that must be the main reason why he didnt show off a greater arsenal of offence.
And to adapt to an injury midfight takes alot of mental strength, he never lost his cool and picked approppiate times to land his one two combinations. His punching and moving ability was far and few between on saturday but still enough to gain the victory, it wasnt a great boxing display but he did show great head movement (crucial against the klits), quick feet, good handspeed and raw power, the only problem was is that he failed to combine his skills to school valuev. Furthermore Haye has had an extensive ameteur backround, im pretty sure that haye has developed "those" attributes that a fighter develops in the ring.

Obviously Haye couldnt trade with Valuev for 36 minutes, he had to punch almost vertically to hit Valuev, the Klits are a good few inches shorter which will thus be more in range. And how can you give Valuev the nod when his aggresion was totally ineffective. He flustered Haye twice max in the entire fight while Haye hit him cleanly and regularly throughout?
I honestly thought Jim Watt was smoking crack when he said he had Valuev by 3 rounds.

Valuev does not fight scared. Attacking Valuev recklessly would be like running into a brick wall. Wlad fights scared. Wlad is more likely to flinch (then clinch) if Haye charges at him.
It does make sene that Haye would press the action against Wlad, because to not do so means getting jabbed in the face a lot.

Against Vitali... that's going to take some sort of magic?

The brothers beat fighters who looked better against Valuev than Haye - Wlad trahsed Chagaev, Vitali KO'd Donald. Chag and Donald, along with Holyfield all showed a better performance against Valuev than Haye. Haye was hit clean by small cruiserweights, the Klit brothers are very hard to hit clean. And why does Vitali have a glass jaw? Because he took flush punches from Sanders and Lewis without flinching? Either Klitschko would have dominated Valuev.

He'll probably box cautiously again, but he should be able to hurt the Klits easier than Valuev. Let's face it- Valuev's sheer mass absorbs most shots.

Lesson for those who listen to what Haye claims he's going to do:

It doesn't matter what way he boxes in the actual fight, he will always say beforehand that he's going to fight toe to toe/ get a knockout. He wants to sell tickets.

Chagaev was able to stay in the pocket and make Valuev miss and counter effectively. He didn't run the whole fight. He boxed. Despite clearly being the better boxer than Haye. Despite clearly being more effective on offense and defense, and being more active, Chagaev still lost against Klitschko.

Haye is 4 and a half inches shorter than Vitalli where as he is 9 inches shorter than Valuev... that is a massive difference, only half the difference in height infact.

I am as tall as Vitalli, stood next to him and thought yeah he is pretty big, I stood next to Valuev on Friday and thought he is a MONSTER.

Have you never known a fighter to change their style depending on who they fight? Watch Ali vs Foreman.... did he fight the same as he fought Frasier or Liston?

Not just Ali either, that was just an obvious example, how about MAB vs Morales and then how different he fought against Naz. I can go on if you like?

If I was Haye I would fight Ruiz (as he has to), he is too fast for him and would knock him out, then take on Wlad, a tough fight but very winnable, if he plays it safe and catches him on the counter then Haye has the power to hurt him and the killer instinct to take him out.

Now then he has the toughest match out of the lot vs Vitali but in a year and a Half how much will Vitali of deteriorated? If Haye uses his speed and hits him with quick combos he can win this in my opinon. Also the training for the Valuev fight will of really helped him because Vitali leans back a lot and if Haye can slip the Jab and throw the left I think he can catch an old Vitali.
