when did wlad fight someone with as much speed and power combined like Haye??

Peter has the power but he was slow, chagaev was too slow/small, ibragmiov was too small..

He beat an awful fighter, who had no business being a champ and in less than exciting fashion. He is already propelled him self ahead of PW JMM as a top 5 P4P fighter. I am sure after he beats Ruiz he'll put self as a top 5 ATG. Let Haye enjoy his 15 minutes of fame.

I honestly think Wlad is near unbeatable against an orthodox boxer. There are only several orthodox boxers in history who would beat Wlad, such as Holmes.

Haye may lose this fight but it won't be because he unorthodox.

Dont base a lot of the last 2 fights guys.

Haye broken hand during Valuev fight and still won...(couldnt throw right)

Wlad torn beicept beofre and during the Chagaev fight and still dominated (couldnt throw left hook)

Christ the first and last time haye will ever use those tactics and thats a guarantee.
He had never fought like that in his life..boxed to a boring 12 ud when he was moving up the ranks but nothing compared to that.
If he knows he can hurt you he will trade.

Haye is going to ship a lot of punishment just waiting for his moment to get inside, unlike vs Valuev. The way he crouches with his guard low he looks a bit open for a right hand too which isnt that healthy vs Wlad. Unless he somehow pulls off a Corrie Sanders early hes going to get outboxed and stopped.

I agree. Valuev is terrible at cutting the ring. Wlad is a master at it. Valuev just followed all night. Wlad would cut the ring and Haye would be stuck

Interesting fights with Haye vs either Klitschko.
Problem for Haye(aside from the obvious jab, feet and right hand) is that Wladimir is not slow like Valuev and Vitali to a lesser extent.First 4-6 rounds I'd give Haye a chance if he can use his reflexes and head movement to get in range and unload

Haye slips ands rolls punches very well, great upperbody speed and reflexes. i highly doubt he'll be eating very many jabs if any at all, and if Wlad cant get his jab off his rythm and offence are taken away

he'll look completely loss and Hayes counterpunching will take its toll

You see if there chin's equal out, you have a fighter who throws a jab, and who has argubually the best jab in not only the HW division but maybe all of a boxing. Haye has no jab, let a lone defense. Unlike Valuev, Wlad knows how to cut a ring, which side to circle, and set up traps, and not throw ten jabs into thin air. It won't be even close Wlad by KO 5.

Maybe at CW... he seems much more cautious at HW and I bet he will be with Wlad as well

Yea but being fair even a wlad at full strength would have probably taken chagaev to the 9th.
For all his power and technique etc at times he just fights too scared..yes he gets the job done and thats comendable but sometimes i just wish he would finnish it earlier.
Maybe haye will bring a new/the old wlad back!:good

    NO WAY
Wlad left hook is 1 of his best punches and he is a master at turning it over from a jab to hook. Wlad himself said he could have KO'd chagaev in the 5th had he had the hook as Chagaev was open for it all night
